Holiday Inn Express Fleet by IHG

Great customer service, location and room with amenities. I arrived earlier than the check in time and the manager kindly allowed me to check in early (probably because I looked like I might pass out from the lack of sleep!). The room is really nice with a big tv, iron, ironing board, lots of plug points, dedicated space for your luggage etc and of course a nice bathroom

Our recent stay was our first stay. We were very impressed by the attentiveness of all the staff. The room was kept nicely clean and breakfasts were really good, though the amount of parking space for all the guests at the rear of the building became quite limited during the busy weekend, that we stayed there.

When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly welcome and given some discount vouchers for local restaurants. Our room was exceptionally clean, and there was plenty of space. The bathroom was very modern with a large shower. Dove toiletries were supplied. A tray with teas and coffee, kettle, ironing board, and hairdryer were all in our room. There was a note saying if we had forgotten anything like a comb, toothbrush, etc, they would supply it free of charge, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was self service with a selection of hot food, porridge, cereals, fruit and pastries. If you were in a rush bags were provided so you could grab and go. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a free car park, it was a little difficult to find, the directions took us next door but if you look out for the Holiday Inn sign and turn just before the directions tell you there is a large parking lot. Don't forget to enter your reg at reception. We would definitely stay again if in the area it's great value and beds are very comfortable.

I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Fleet. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, making everything smooth from the start. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The smart TV and strong Wi-Fi connection were great touches, making it easy to relax and stay connected. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—everything was fresh, and there was a large variety to choose from. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely stay here again whenever I get the chance!

The location of this hotel is in the center of fleet and near the train station which is super convenient. The service was good and the people were all very nice. The rooms were clean and pretty comfortable, but the air conditioning didn’t work which led to a difficult 1 night of sleep. Overall, this hotel is still pretty good and just needs some minor changes like making sure air conditioning works.
